About Kimberly
More Than 28 Years Helping People Improve Their Weight, Health and Way of Eating
Kimberly Gomer, MS, RD, LDN is a Registered Dietitian with more than 28 years of experience in weight management, metabolic health, nutrition education and individualized nutrition care. She spent more than a decade as Director of Nutrition at the Pritikin Longevity Center in Miami, where she worked with thousands of clients from around the world.
Kimberly holds a Master’s degree in Public Health Nutrition. Her approach centers on understanding the individual — their health, medications, goals, history, food preferences and everyday life — before deciding what needs to change.
Because the Questions That Matter Don’t Wait for the Next Appointment
During her years at Pritikin, Kimberly saw how much people could learn in an intensive nutrition program — and how different things could feel once they returned to everyday life.
Restaurants, travel, changing schedules, hunger, plateaus and unexpected situations do not happen on an appointment calendar. Kimberly helped create Pritikin’s after-care concierge nutrition program so clients could continue receiving guidance after they left the Center.
For the last 14 years, she has built her own practice around that same idea: scheduled consultations are important, but so is having an experienced dietitian available when real life is actually happening.
Support That Continues Between Consultations
Kimberly stays closely involved so questions, challenges and adjustments can be addressed while they are still relevant.
